This easy garlic dip is one of the first things to disappear at gatherings. No matter how many appetizers are available, this is what people crowd around to eat. Buying dip boxes from the market will always cost you much more than making this amazing dip at home which even tastes better and fresh.
400g of hung curd
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp parsley, crushed
½ tsp dry basil leaves, crushed
1 tbsp oreganos
2 tsp chaat masala
8 cloves of garlic, crushed
1. In a bowl, add your hung curd and beat it with a steel whisker so that it become fluffy and smooth.
2. Add mixed Italian herbs, parsley, dry basil leaves, oreganos, chaat masala & crushed garlic and whisk again till everything is perfectly combined with the curd.
3. Add more or less garlic to taste.
It is THAT easy! Serve with Homemade Nacho Chips, grilled kebabs, as salad dressings or even warm pita.
