Lemon Pepper Chicken

The last recipe of the Diet Week is here guys. It’s this delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken. This easy Chicken recipe is great on the grill, on the stove, or in the oven. Dinner is solved in an hour or less, and it’s delicious!

Recipe 
Serves – 2

INGREDIENTS

500g Chicken Breast
¼ cup hung curd, skimmed milk
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp green tobasco sauce
1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
2 tsp olive oil

METHOD

1. Let’s quickly marinate the chicken. In a bowl add hung curd, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala, green tobasco sauce, mixed Italian herbs. Mix well. Add the chicken breast and 1 tsp of olive oil in it. Massage the chicken into the marination and set aside in the fridge for about an hour.

2. Heat a grill pan with the remaining 1 tsp olive oil and place the chicken on it. Cook for 8 minutes on low flame from one side, flip and cook for another 8 minutes from the other side. Cook until the chicken is golden brown in colour and is cooked through.

3. Transfer the chicken breast in a serving bowl, take all the cooked marination out of the pan and glaze it all over the chicken.

While serving garnish it with some lemon wedges & coriander leaves.
